The Bug that bugged me

8BitBoy DevelopmentPosted by Rasmus Kønig Sørensen Mon, November 12, 2012 08:11:24

Sometimes it's hard to get enemies to fit in visually, but after redoing this bug 4 times, I think I succeeded. Often it's the first things you create that need to be redone in the end, because your style and skills changes over time. I guess you just have to accept that you have to redo most things over and over again.

Thanks CShakes - I don't know why - I have waited most of my adult life for something like this and dreamt about making it myself. I really loved the platformers from the late eighties and early nineties, but there aren't that many from back then, and the new platformers are not what I wan't really. Don't get me wrong - I really like Braid, but it's more of a fantastic puzzle game, than a solid platformer. I love Super Meat Boy though, and I have played it several times, but it's a whole other genre IMO. So I really hope there's at least one or two out there with the same taste in games :)

I just found out about this game via an interview I just read:

This is great! Why aren't there more games like this. I cannot wait to play this! Looks AND sounds amazing!! Best of luck!!
